What you move

• Lead the decision-making on the production strategy for your product portfolio
• Collaborate with the development team on all relevant aspects of manufacturing
• Manage production ramp-ups for new sensors in our global production plants
• Coordinate maintenance of and improvements to production over the complete product life cycle

What you bring along

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to take responsibility and make things happen
• Degree in a technical field, ideally with experience in a production environment
• Fluency in German and English
