On behalf of one of our clients, an international investment management company, we are seeking to recruit an:
A versatile role combining executive support with external relations, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while contributing to the company’s visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant (50%)
- Manage executive agendas, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Organize international business travel, including logistics, itineraries, and documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
- Serve as a main point of contact for visitors and external partners.
External Relations (50%)
- Support communication activities by liaising with media and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate press coverage, interviews, and distribution of articles, podcasts, or market insights.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and webinars.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening the organization’s reputation in the financial community.
Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, ideally with exposure to financial services, communications, or external relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Native-level English or equivalent; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and discreet, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, motivated, and eager to grow within a dynamic international environment.
