Your contribution to KPMG
- Coordinate and process user requests for digital workplace services, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
- Support the implementation of digital workplace improvements and changes to enhance user experience
- Manage the enterprise mobile fleet, including a) mobile subscription administration and optimization, b) Carrier relationship management
- Oversee fixed net telephony services, including Teams calling and reception area support
- Drive strategic partnerships with key technology vendors by developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Lead vendor performance reviews and service improvement initiatives
- Ensuring security and compliance of assets managed by vendors
- Negotiating service levels and ensuring contract compliance
- Identifying opportunities for service optimization and cost efficiency
This is what makes you successful
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar digital workplace services position
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A solid understanding of IT service management concepts (ITIL Certification is a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management
- Hands-on experience managing M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams)
- Familiarity with service management tools (ServiceNow is a plus)
- Knowledge of VoIP and mobile device management
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in problem management
- Proven experience driving operations and project delivery with external vendors, including offshoring
