We are looking for a new Training Manager for our Switzerland and Austria
People teams. In this position, you will be responsible
for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that
elevate the knowledge, skills, and performance of our retail staff. This role
is key in driving customer engagement, product knowledge, and brand
storytelling while aligning with corporate training strategies.
Reporting
to our Switzerland and Austria People Director, the Training Manager position

🎯 YOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION WOULD BE… 🎯
TRAINING STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT
- Design and localize training programs based on global guidelines and regional needs.
- Develop onboarding programs, product training, customer service workshops, and leadership development plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and performance KPIs.
DELIVERY & FACILITATION
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions across both countries.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand values and standards across all stores.
- Coach store managers and team leaders to become in-store training ambassadors.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with the marketing, retail operations, and HR teams to align training with commercial objectives.
- Partner with regional and global training teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
MONITORING & REPORTING
- You will be reporting to the People Director of Switzerland and Austria.
- Track training attendance, completion rates, and impact on performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to regional and global leadership.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Identify and develop high-potential retail talent.
- Support succession planning and career development pathways through targeted training.
🕵️ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR… 🕵️
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education,
or related field.
🗂️5+ years
of experience in retail training, preferably in the
beauty, luxury, or fashion sector. Proven experience in managing training
across multiple locations and countries.
🗣️ Fluent in German
and English; French is a strong advantage.
💪 Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and
online.
✈️ Willingness
to travel frequently between Switzerland and Austria.
🛍️ Deep
understanding of retail KPIs, customer experience standards, and luxury brand
dynamics.
