Step into the vibrant HoReCa world. Assist with key account management, support promotions, and analyze customer feedback. Lead the Change in premium brand positioning, Grow Every Day in B2B hospitality sales, and Win Together with café and restaurant partners.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Handling (Contracts negotiations, Business reviews, & CSL satisfaction)
- Internal Operations with relevant stakeholders (P&L, Contract signage, Customer coding, CDE request, Credit limit, Collection/overdue, & TM activations)
- Implementing PICOS, RED coverage and Excellence in Execution
- Scanning high traffic horeca hotspots
- KA Customers Acquisitions
- Learning Attitude: Willingness to understand company’s products and market dynamics
- Customer Interaction Support
- Sales Operation Support
- Coordination & Communication
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Bachelor’s degree inbusiness administration or business informatics or revelant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skillsusing Excel/Power BI
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Driving license
