This function will join the Quality Control & Mobile team, reporting to the head of the team. In this role you will work on quality-control-related activities for the three teams (FA, TA and PETAL) and occasionally help the production teams during peak periods.

Mobile team
- Participate mainly for short support missions within the fund operational units to absorb operational overloads, identify process optimizations and support implementation of initiatives supporting operational efficiency.
- Identify areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework, based on your experience in other teams and departments.

Quality Control
- Contribute to the implementation of key quality control deliverables such as KPIs developed with our BI platform (Tableau).
- Coordinate transversal reporting.
- Contribute to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery.
- Identify areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework, based on your experience in other teams and departments.
Your profile
The role of the function is to participate mainly for short support missions within the fund operational units to absorb operational overloads, identify process optimizations and support implementation of initiatives supporting operational efficiency.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Business administration or engineering (finance, IT, mathematics).
Requested experience:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in project management and change management, Process / data modelling, Fund operations or banking sector.
Technical skills:
- Project Management skills.
- Data analysis and office tools skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, etc.).
Soft skills:
- Organisational skills.
- Diligent in achieving objectives.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Effective communication abilities and good interpersonal skills.
- Commitment-oriented mindset and a team spirit.
Language skills:
- Fluent in French and English
