Within this plan, we are seeking a Leadership & Management Product Team Lead. In this newly created role, you will lead a small, high-performing team within the L&D CoE, focused on designing, implementing, and managing global training initiatives that enhance the development of our leaders and managers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our leadership development strategy and offerings, while also coaching and guiding your team to deliver impactful results
How you’ll make an impact

Lead, coach, and develop a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality learning solutions

Develop and manage global learning and development initiatives tailored to leadership and management development

Design a comprehensive L&D offering for Line Managers, Mid Managers, High Potentials, and Senior Managers, aligned with core leadership competencies

Create and enhance leadership programs for High Potentials, in collaboration with external vendors

Leverage digital learning platforms to deliver consistent, engaging, and scalable experiences for leaders and managers.

Partner with the Talent Management CoE to identify and implement effective development assessments.

Collaborate with internal facilitator pools to ensure high-quality delivery of learning activities.

Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to expand and enrich our learning portfolio
Your background
-
Minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development or Leadership Development

Proven experience in designing learning and development program

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project management and team leading skills

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and learning and development technology

Fluent in English
