Job Title: Tungsten Total Agility (Kofax) Developer

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

We are looking for an experienced Tungsten Total Agility Developer to join our client’s team in Geneva. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Kofax/Tungsten Total Agility development, technical analysis, and systems integration within a financial or banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated solutions on the Tungsten Total Agility (Kofax) platform, ensuring best practices and compliance with business requirements.
2. Conduct technical and functional analysis of user needs in collaboration with business and IT teams.
3. Manage tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents efficiently.l 
4. Actively contribute to testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.l 
5. Document developments, ensuring proper knowledge transfer to internal teams.
6. Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure high-quality and consistent deliverables.
7. Propose and implement process optimizations and new feature integrations.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in development on the Tungsten Total Agility (Kofax) platform.
2. Strong expertise in technical analysis, process modeling, and system integration.
3. Experience working in agile project environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
4. Knowledge of banking or financial services is a strong asset.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.
6. Rigor, initiative, and adaptability in dynamic project settings.
