The Senior Lead (Omnichannel) Marketing for MENAT, CEE & Rest of Europe plays a pivotal role in driving On’s brand and business objectives across high-potential distributor markets. This role leverages strategic expertise and brand-building acumen to bring On’s mission to life with a performance-driven mindset—shaping and executing impactful brand strategies in partnership with our distributors.
As an omni-channel and brand communications role, it ensures consistent and compelling storytelling across all consumer touchpoints—retail, digital, and wholesale in distributors market —while tailoring execution to the unique dynamics of each market.
The position reports into our Head of Commercial, Rest of EMEA, CEE and MENA will have one Marketing Specialist reporting into them.
Your Mission
- Lead the distributor's marketing function by inspiring and driving distributor teams across multiple markets, grounded in a clear vision, a strong brand voice, and an innovative culture.
- Align with regional goals to create a long-term omni-channel and brand communications strategy roadmap for priority markets, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
- Develop and execute seasonal and annual omni-channel activation plans across wholesale, DTC, and digital channels, embedding brand narratives and storytelling into every campaign.
- Craft consumer-centric marketing plans that bring On’s mission, values, and community to life through impactful brand communications and locally relevant campaigns.
- Act as a guardian of On’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all distributor-led communication channels.
- Expert in brand storytelling, campaign execution, and elevating customer experience at retail—delivering premium and memorable brand moments across all touchpoints.
- Deliver premium brand experiences through visual merchandising, visual experience, product testing, training, and localized activations that elevate On’s presence.
- Own and manage the marketing budget with a sharp focus on return on investment and campaign effectiveness.
- Define and track success metrics, analyze performance, and integrate insights into future strategic marketing and brand communication planning.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of GTM strategies, tailoring global and regional guidance to fit specific market realities while preserving brand integrity and message coherence.
