VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to join our DT EMEA End User Service (EUS) team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

The primary responsibility of the Service Delivery Manager is to enable VF employees to use technology that allows them to work more efficiently. Providing exceptional service that VF employees look forward to engaging with. Adhering to financial budgets and company policy to help VF grow powerful brands. You will lead other VF employees with our guiding principles to build high functioning, exceptional customer service organizations.
We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the Service Delivery Manager role:
- Local and area coordination of End User Services. Will include task and incident assignment to teams and individuals and weekly governance to review team performance
- Monitoring Incident resolution via global ITSM tool
- Monitoring Task Resolution via global ITSM tool
- Technology advocate promoting DT tools and technologies
- Lead teams in the installation and support of company required hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP, scanners, phones, tablets, etc.) and software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platform, Microsoft/Mac OS and iOS, local Area Networks and the Wide Area Networks, Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix Client
- Responsibly maintain accurate hardware inventory following Asset Management policy
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Create accurate documentation
- Promote and assist with user technology training
- Provide tech bar type roles for face-to-face engagement with DT
Skills for Success
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
- Education: Information Technology, preferably 4-year degree in Computer Sciences
- Extensive years in Large Enterprise IS/IT environment, In depth technical knowledge of workstation hardware and software, printers, network devices, and peripheral equipment like scanners, RF gun, USB headset/speakers etc.
- Fluent in English, written and oral. Knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Technical certifications such as MCSE, MCTS, A+, Cisco, ITIL
- Analytical Skills and Willingness to learn
- Ability to Engage with business executives and leadership to communicate DT processes and services
