As a Customer Parts Repair Manager you will: Be accountable for the commercial management of customers through the fulfilment of the relevant contractual obligations from parts induction to cash collection and is responsible to achieve the company’s revenue targets for the assigned customers in close coordination with Sales. You will develop, retain and appropriately expand the customer relationship in accordance with the SR Technics strategies. You will be responsible to support the sales activity in terms of new initiatives for the assigned accounts. Lastly, the position holder will be responsible for timely and proactive solutions provisioning, handling/escalating commercial matters and overseeing key performance measures of the assigned accounts.Your tasks
- Manage the repair orders to fulfil the contractual obligation in accordance with the existing processes (i.e 3rd party business, customer feedback, teardown process)
- Proactively manage and solve commercial and technical issues with the support of the internal organization and with proper tools (i.e. EOR)
- Proactively develop the customer business relation to retain and expand the existing business in close coordination with Sales, including customer visits and contract review meetings
- Manage the invoicing activity and monitor the account receivable for the assigned customers
- Plan, control, and report order fulfilment in accordance with Customer Agreement
- Manage customer agreement internal and external
- Assist in negotiation of contract amendments with customer in coordination with Sales
- Build strong customer relationship and manage customer feedback (EOR)
- Reply to customer request and queries in a timely and customer centric manner
- Manage customer disputes: monitor account payments and lead cash collection and escalate as necessary
- Organize customer visits (incl. eg performance review meetings, negotiations for upcoming orders, clarification of contractual amendments)
Your Profile
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to work with a solution-based approach.
- University Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and/or business administration with strong understanding of financial and commercial aspects
- Technical knowledge of engine parts repair and overhaul processes and technology incl. strong knowledge of costing and pricing methodologies within the Engine Parts repair Services business field
- Core competencies in business economics, commercial affairs and financial modelling
- Significant (3 + years) experience in customer related and leadership positions in the MRO Aviation Industry if possible
- Strong commercial background with strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure, flexible, creative thinking and innovative
- Fluent in English, French or German is an add-on
