Quality Coordinator

Our partner is a Swiss company active in the design and global distribution of high-performance sports equipment. Known for its focus on innovation and quality, it fosters a collaborative and dynamic work culture. To support its supply chain operations, the company is currently looking for a Quality Coordinator to drive compliance and continuous improvement across its quality processes.

Your responsibilities with your future employer

• You lead the creation, maintenance, and updating of transactions in SAP to ensure optimal quality management
• You organize and conduct internal process audits based on ISO 9001 standards
• You provide technical support to international distributors and subsidiaries, ensuring smooth and effective communication
• You independently handle warranty claims from distributors and subsidiaries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
• You oversee the logistics and control of spare parts, ensuring their availability and compliance

Your strengths for your future employer

• You hold a higher education degree in quality management, engineering, or a related technical field
• You have several years of experience in a similar role and are proficient in using SAP
• You are fully capable of communicating in English; any additional language is a plus
• You are comfortable communicating in a multicultural environment and open to travel
