Our dedicated MEMS team is looking for reinforcement to develop and implement first-class wafer-level metrology processes for our CMOSens® sensors

What you move

• Identify and integrate new measurement tools with suppliers to deliver production-ready solutions
• Implement robust testing strategies and measurement processes for high-volume production environments
• Support the resolution of production issues by systematically identifying and addressing root causes
• Play a key role in overseeing the entire process chain and driving continuous process improvements

What you bring along

• Degree in engineering, preferably with experience in plasma, wet chemistry, lithography processes
• Coordinative abilities and strong communication skills in German and English
• Sound understanding of systems, processes and interrelationships in a microtechnology environment
• Experience in the field of optical metrology as well as database and programming skills
