Working as a Junior FP&A
Cybersecurity is a core enabler of digital transformation. As a Junior FP&A, you will work closely with the CFO and other key stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. You will play an active role in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and reporting across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to build solid financial skills within a high-growth and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly management reports and financial dashboards
- Assist with budget planning, reforecasting cycles and long-term financial modeling
- Analyze variances vs. budget and forecast and provide actionable insights
- Build and maintain reporting tools and visualizations in Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, etc.) to collect and consolidate data
- Participate in financial presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Assist in building scalable processes to support a growing organization
What we expect of you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, audit, financial analysis or controlling (internships included)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; proficiency in Power BI is highly valued
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business curiosity
- Ability to communicate with various contacts (Finance peers, Local managers, etc.)
