This role offers an opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of an Investor Servicing team. The candidate should have operational knowledge of query management, client servicing, and process adherence. A major focus will be on ensuring that business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis by delivering high quality client service both internally and externally.

What you will be responsible for
As Tax Administrator you will
-
Reviewing and processing of withholding tax forms for Swiss domiciled funds to be submitted to the Swiss Federal Tax Authority

Reviewing supporting documents necessary for tax reclaims filing for various investment markets for State Street client base
-
Collection and renewal of tax documents for FATCA, CRS, reduction at source / tax exemption purposes and quick tax refund (affidavit), at investor level

Reconciliation of tax receivables and investigation of breaks

Reviewing and processing tax vouchers and tax reports

Oversee the tax eligibility checks for new investors, regular review and verification of tax procedures

Close collaboration with internal teams in Global Tax Services departments

Gain a brought understanding of Transfer Agency Services to support the Team, if required

Reviewing and processing of investment funds distribution and accumulation

Oversee the Investor application opening process and maintenance of share registers

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in operations, ideally within the Funds industry

Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Possess excellent organizational, planning and co-ordination skills
-
Previous experience in reviewing and implementing initiatives, policies and procedures desirable

Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
-
Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional requirements
Advanced language skills in either German, French or Italian would be ideal but are not a must
