Your Responsibilities

Craft core messaging and narrative arcs for campaigns, lifecycle marketing, events, and brand storytelling, ensuring content fuels demand generation, conversion strategies, and outbound efforts.
Build brand authority through thought leadership, client success stories, and compelling proof points that resonate with target audiences.
Plan and produce high-impact assets, including blogs, whitepapers, guides, case studies, landing pages, email nurture sequences, and sales enablement content, optimized for SEO and distribution channels.
Lead and mentor the Client Marketing Manager to develop case studies, testimonials, co-marketing materials (e.g., webinars, interviews, articles), and client referral programs, supporting sales enablement and upsell/cross-sell campaigns.
Collaborate with the Head of Demand Generation to align content with campaign themes, timing, and performance goals, and partner with Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, and Events & Social Media teams to maximize content impact.
Monitor and optimize content performance using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms, tracking KPIs such as content-attributed pipeline, organic traffic, engagement, sales cycle influence, and content discoverability.
Oversee external writers, freelancers, and content partners, managing editorial calendars to ensure consistent tone, quality, and brand alignment.

Collaborative yet self-driven, thriving in cross-functional environments while independently owning the Content-Led Growth function.
Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools) and expert-level use of AI for marketing.
Bonus: Experience with client marketing, ABM programs, or sales enablement content.
