Do you love analyzing complex processes, developing smart solutions, and orchestrating technical systems to work together seamlessly and efficiently? As an Automation & System Architect (m/f/d), you will play a key role in advancing our internal system landscape - with direct impact across all areas of the company.
What you’ll be working on
You design scalable system architecture, integrate new tools, and optimize existing processes
You take technical ownership of systems such as Salesforce, Chargebee, and Bexio
You are a data expert and can translate complex data into clear, insightful reports (BI dashboards)
You lead projects for the implementation and development of internal systems - from planning through to execution
You identify opportunities for automation, implement efficient solutions, and ensure data quality
You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understand their requirements, and deliver pragmatic technical solutions

What you bring as the ideal candidate
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field
Experience in project management and system integration, ideally in a fast-growing, digital environment
Familiarity with BI solutions and experience in developing management report
Strong analytical skills and a high level of technical understanding
Solid experience with tools such as Salesforce, Chargebee, Bexio, Make, and other automation technologies
Solution-oriented and structured working style with a hands-on mindset
Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Fluency in English; German skills are a plus
