As a Package Development Engineer, you will be a key member of our Package Development Team in Zuchwil. You will use your technical expertise to design, develop, test, and scale-up new packaging components and systems. Your contributions will be vital in meeting the future needs and requirements of our team and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging for medical devices.


• Collaborate with colleagues internally to create package testing plans and carry out packaging tests and validations.


• Design and develop package solutions in full compliance with global standards and internal processes.


• Coordinate and perform all activities associated with manufacturing and testing.


• Offer support for resolving packaging-related challenges across the entire Supply Chain.


• Participate in process improvement task-forces.


• Build technical competencies in packaging materials and technologies used in all manufacturing processes.


• Ensure the delivery of robust, cost-effective, and fully compliant packaging solutions that meet current and evolving customer needs.
