Swibeco stands for "The Swiss Benefits Company" Swibeco improves the financial well-being of thousands employees in Swiss companies, from SMEs to multinational corporations. We are the «Flexible Benefits» digital platform centralising all the perks, gifts and tax free benefits a company can offer its employees. Founded in 2015, we have offices in Zurich and Lausanne. We are now a team of 20 and continue to grow.
