Créée en 1899, Dubat SA est une entreprise indépendante Suisse, à taille humaine, spécialisée dans la commercialisation de matériaux de construction et de rénovation tels que salles de bains, carrelages, parquets, portes en bois, peintures, quincaillerie.

Proche de nos clients, nous sommes présents sur 4 sites, à Yverdon-les-Bains, Bevaix, Chavornay, et Villars-Ste-Croix.

En 2022, nous avons ouvert le premier dépôt bois / isolation et centre de débitage à Champagne (VD).

What works well?

I applied for a job as an accountant, which I turned down after being offered the contract on one or two grounds. In my opinion, I still had a very good relationship with the person I interviewed. A year later, a job came up (a little more interesting for me), and I applied directly. Unfortunately, the interviewer replied that my application had not been accepted. In 2025, the job came up again, I applied again directly to the manager, but this time, he didn't even bother to answer me himself... And to conclude, of course, I was refused the job, despite my skills. Sad to hold such a grudge against someone who has simply refused a position in the past.

What could be improved?

Recruitment, maybe just giving a second chance to an employee who was offered a permanent contract anyway (I concluded that I wasn't that bad). Take things less personally!
