What works well?
Honeywell management isn't looking into the future, it's only trying to not lose money with the company.
What could be improved?
The work atmosphere is good, the people are friendly. But the project managers don't really communicate with the devloppement teams. Try to increase the devloppement on site before trying to externalize everything. Production makes sense to be moved to more competitive countries, however devlopement not.
Employer comment

Approximately 64 employees were dismissed at the end of September 2019. The majority were very competent and had been working in the house for more than 15 or 20 years and even 30 years. In the previous three years, 15 to 25 employees were laid off. In 2012 when Honeywell became the new owner of Saia-Burgess the company was running well and business was good. It had about 265 employees and by 2020 it will be down to about 60.
