What works well?

Accessible by public transport and car. Flexible opening hours.

What could be improved?

Professional project (evolution) not taken into consideration. Tense working atmosphere between colleagues, which can be felt. Little team spirit, people do things on their own. Strict working hours, with all breaks, including "coffee/cigarettes", deducted from your daily working time (stamps).
