The Swiss RISM Office is an academic research infrastructure dealing with historical music documents.It develops and maintains a database together with an international community and has a strong expertise in the development of digital tools for musicological research.
The Swiss RISM Office participates in projects in partnership with other institutions. These projects highlight the cultural heritage of Switzerland, and, through musicological studies and music practice, encourage the revival of forgotten repertoires.
