Motivated by his passion for fine wines, Andrea Davaz founded von Salis AG in 1994 with two friends. For the past 30 years, we have been passionately involved in the world of wine, sourcing the best wines from around the globe for our customers. Over the years, we have grown to a team of over 25 highly trained employees who oversee our ever-expanding range in Landquart and at the Vinothek Maienfeld. The grapes for our own wines come from over 60 winegrowers in Fläsch, Maienfeld, Jenins, Malans, Zizers, and Trimmis. On more than 50 hectares, the Bündner grapes flourish, making our von Salis wines truly special. Additionally, we cultivate around two hectares of our own vineyards in the Bündner Herrschaft. Not only do we prioritize regionality, but we also place great importance on ecological responsibility in all our processes. Our goal is not only to produce the finest wines but also to sustainably promote the unique diversity of the Bündner Herrschaft, ensuring that future generations can enjoy great wines for years to come.
