Hello former employee, thank you very much for your comment, it is always valuable and important for us to have constructive feedback to improve our company. Of course, we would have preferred to have a former employee who shares his or her experience during weekly sessions with his or her manager, rather than waiting until he or she no longer works for us to complain, but I understand that professionalism and humility were not always values that our employees had in the past. Concerning the flexibility according to the period in case of private appointments, to my knowledge we have never refused a request for absence (imagine that we had a former employee who had problems with his cute little rabbit and had to ask several times to be absent. Shansa loves animals and wants its employees to be serene, so this former employee was given carte blanche on his office hours, how cool is that? As for the salary, no employee has ever made any remarks to us, neither at the job interview when he accepted the contract, nor at the end of the year interviews when we regularly (and every year) increased his salary. The 13th salary in the canton of Neuchâtel is not that frequent for tax reasons, as we explained to you during your job interview, and Shansa has always paid very important bonuses at the end of the year, in some cases with amounts higher than a 13th salary. PS: to reassure you also at the Pourtalès Hospital they do not pay a 13th salary... Lastly, you are not at all wrong about vacation time. It is indeed a point that we need to improve and it is currently being discussed. Thank you for sharing this with us.
