For 73 years, BauSpektrum AG has been a comprehensive full-service provider in the fields of architecture, master planning, general planning, construction management, and civil engineering (building and civil works). Our range of services and expertise have been continuously expanded. We are at the forefront of digital planning and execution methods, including the application of facility management. This is achieved through internally developed workflows designed to enhance quality, efficiency and transparency. As a result, we are frequently invited to give presentations and participate in panel discussions, etc. Our aim and motivation is to improve every day so that we are ideally equipped for the future. This is achieved in particular through project work using ‘tools’ such as BIM processes, ICE sessions, smart 3D models, VR/AR/MR headsets, drones, etc. To maximise our expertise, we deliberately undertake a wide variety of projects across the entire spectrum of property types: public buildings, tourism, industry, pharmaceuticals, commercial, retail parks and residential. This includes new builds and refurbishments, including comprehensive energy-efficient renovations, as well as working closely with the authorities (including heritage conservation).
