MycoSense

MycoSense is one of the hottest Agriculture-tech startups in Switzerland.  We build tools that help ensure the sustainability of the global food supply using Machine Learning, AI, computer vision and robotics.  Our team of engineers has built products used by large-scale industrial farmers in Switzerland and internationally.
We build technologies for harvest optimisation, increasing the efficacy of human labor in farming, to produce more with the same infrastructure. Our 1st product, MycoSpot, is used in mushroom farming. It uses 3D vision and Machine Learning to assist farm staff by providing information that helps increase yield. Our 2nd device, MycoScan, forecasts growth and detects diseases.  Our customers include the largest Swiss producer and other global actors. Industrially produced mushrooms are a CHF14+ Bn market, and our tools solve the biggest problems of labor shortage, training, and productivity, valued at over CHF150m annually. Rapid scaling is expected as the industry needs tools such as ours, and MycoSense aims to become the global leader.
