What works well?
Unfortunately not much, as there's a lack of communication.
What could be improved?
In my personal experience, and that of several colleagues, there is considerable room for improvement in terms of staff recognition and treatment. Management would do well to show greater consideration for its staff, both in terms of communication and working conditions. Furthermore, remuneration levels do not reflect the demands of the job or the current cost of living. Social benefits are limited to the legal minimum, particularly as regards occupational pension provision (LPP), which is a point of concern for employees' future. As well as four weeks' vacation, 2 of which are imposed at the end of the year, and 1 week taken during public holidays, which are also imposed.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback in a constructive way. The company has recently undergone a major organizational overhaul. Against this backdrop, a salary revaluation study was carried out, and a number of measures were put in place to improve social benefits, particularly in terms of occupational pension provision (LPP). Regarding the point raised about internal communication, we take good note of it. It's true that certain transition phases may have generated a lack of clarity.
