Die Stiftung Medizinische Notrufzentrale (MNZ) in Basel ist die offizielle 24h-Notrufzentrale für die Kantone Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft, Aargau, Zug und Teile des Kantons Solothurn. Sie bietet medizinische Auskunft und Beratung durch ausgebildete, erfahrene Pflegefachpersonen und vermittelt bei Bedarf die entsprechenden Hilfsangebote. Die MNZ kooperiert mit den Ärztegesellschaften, Spitälern und anderen Institutionen der Region.
