Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documentation such as prospectuses, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Support internal departments with queries and interpretation of investment guidelines.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work with attorneys and regulators to propose and implement process improvements.
• Advise internal departments on regulatory updates and compliance and contribute projects.
• Perform additional tasks when required.

Profile

• Master’s degree in law
• 2 years prior experience in a similar role.
• Good analytical and drafting skills.
• Fluency in English, any other language an asset.
• Proficient prioritization skills ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Strong collaborative abilities, fostering effective teamwork.
• Capacity to adjust to the demands of a burgeoning business.
