About the job

The Retail Channel Manager is responsible to oversee and drive the Retail channel strategy deployment, ensuring consistency, effectiveness and excellence within the channel, and build actionable solutions to identified business opportunities to achieve our Commercial targets.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Retail channel roadmap covering Monobrand Swarovski Retail (Directly Operated Stores), Flagship Stores, Outlets, and Shop-in-Shop formats, aligning with Omnichannel strategy and business goals.

  • Manage roadmap implementation to ensure commercial readiness and sustainability, supporting Store Productivity/Profitability framework across markets and teams.

  • Establish global retail operating processes and guidelines to elevate Retail channel, ensure compliance, and empower Retail Staff.

  • Identify trends, technology, and best practices for Omnichannel Management to capitalize on opportunities.

  • Ensure consistent execution of Central guidelines across retail markets for seamless omnichannel customer experience.

  • Drive operational excellence and digitalization in retail operations to increase sales, profit, and store productivity.

  • Define Retail KPI targets to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and make recommendations.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, collaborate with Sales/Retail community, and partner with HR for Retail Staff development and retention.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/ Education, preferably in a relevant field

  • App. 5-8 years of professional experience in a commercial role within an international retail / luxury environment

  • Strong functional retail expertise

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills

  • Exceptional lateral leadership abilities, and a broad understanding of marketplace dynamics, the competitive retail landscape, and consumer/retail/tech trends

  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
