Strategic Project Manager



Your team


Pictet’s Corporate Office is part of the Group’s Corporate Functions. Its purpose is to support our firm and its leadership in achieving its strategic and governance-related goals.


 


You will join the internal strategy consultant team within the Corporate Office department, directly reporting to the Group Corporate Secretary & Head of Corporate Office. 
 


Your role


 


We regularly seek dynamic and self-driven individuals to be part of a young, well-established dynamic team having daily contact with senior management and staff and drive strategic change across our Group.



In this role, you will:


 



  • Support and accompany the Group in developing and implementing strategic projects, and assist the work on ad-hoc priorities and important events.

  • Perform research, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and prepare various information and recommendations as part of our strategic project management teams.

  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders on the above tasks and support them in their organizational and strategic responsibilities.

  • Build an extended and solid network inside the Group, ultimately enabling you, after several years, to advance your career through internal mobility to another sector or business line.
     


Your profile


 


1.Hard skills


 



  • Very good knowledge of the bank/finance industry

  • English mother tongue or equivalent, very good command of French (spoken and written), other language(s) as an asset


 


2. Soft skills


 



  • Self-driven and autonomous professional, with great conceptual thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills

  • Client and result orientation, flexible

  • Proactive, autonomous, well organized/efficient, Able to work under pressure

  • Proven people and influencing skills 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Total discretion and confidentiality



3. Qualifications and experience


 



  • Completed university study (Master’s degree or equivalent)

  • Solid professional experience, including at least three years’ experience in a major consulting and strategy firm. Experience in the financial and banking industry is a plus

  • Must be resident in Switzerland (ideally Geneva or Vaud since the position is based in Geneva).
