Business Process Manager/ Application Owner (m/f/d)

If you possess strong leadership skills, and have a knack for driving automation and transformation projects, alongside the ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration - this could be the role for you:

Here's what you'll do:

• Take ownership for the Microsoft Power Platform and its business applications (including building business applications)
• Own the company's process landscape and development
• Lead business process analysis and lead improvement initiatives
• Lead projects to standardize and simplify company-wide processes 
• Model and improve the company's business processes to ensure consistency and scalability
• Drive automation in collaborate with IT to integrate technology solutions that deliver scalability
• Lead change initiatives and transformation projects
• Establish KPIs to measure the success and efficiency of business processes
• Connect departments and work horizontally through the entire company 

This is what you'll need:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient with MS Powerplattform (especially PowerApps, PowerBi, PowerAutomate)
• Experience as a business analysis and business process build-up
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High affinity to standardization and automation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in process modeling tools and methodologies
• Experience as an application owner of SAP-S/4HANA is a plus
• Language: English
