Your day as a PO

You strive in a fast-paced environment and can lead (sometimes multiple) projects

You manage scrum-based projects in a self-organised company and apply a big-picture mindset

You easily understand the customer’s business and needs

You are used to working with roadmaps and negotiating budgets and deadlines

You support our clients’ Product Owners by suggesting improvements and developing strategies together with the team

You are at ease with development teams and are familiar with web development

You act as an intermediary between customers, partners and your team

You develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts

Your profile as a PO

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager

You value independent, self-organised work

You like to solve complex problems with a pragmatic approach

You have outstanding communication skills, with a talent for listening to our customers and understanding their needs

You’re (really) organised and proactive in everything you do

You speak French and English

Expertise in sales and business development is a plus

40h week, 100% overtime is compensated, remote work, 5 weeks of holidays, change of employment rate up to twice a year, unpaid leave up to 6 months
