2024 International Graduate Program

Are you ready to kick-start your career with a global leader in the medical device industry? Straumann Group is seeking self-aware, digitally-savvy Master's graduates to join our International Graduate Program and help us continue to inspire smiles all over the world!

As a member of the 2024 cohort, you’ll have the opportunity to work on strategic projects, collaborate with key business groups, and solve complex problems using data and analytics. You'll enjoy two rotations, including one outside of your home location or in another area of our business, and throughout the program, you'll be mentored by a member of our Senior Leadership team to help guide you, build your network, and set you up for success.

The Commercial Program

With previous rotations including supporting new product launches, territory manager efficiency and activity management reporting, and customer development planning, you can expect a challenging and rewarding experience that will help you develop your skills and contribute to our company's overall growth.

Your first rotation won’t be defined until after you’re hired so it’s important that you’re comfortable with this. If offered, we’ll review your strengths and development areas and work with the Commercial function to design a rotation that stretches and develops you.

After around nine months you’ll move into your second rotation. Our GROW team will work with both you and our business units to find a suitable placement that allows you to continue to develop your skills and bring value to Straumann Group.

After completing the program, you'll have a variety of roles available to you, including Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Commercial Project Management.

Our requirements

To be considered, you should have a Master's degree in a business or commercial-related area, 6-18 months of work experience in a commercial role, and a truly global mindset with the agility and flexibility to work across boundaries.

The process and timelines

The program commences in September/October. First-round interviews with our recruitment team take place in late June with final-round interviews taking place in the second half of July.
