Quality Regulatory Compliance Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinates the collection of data for product regulatory compliance and compiles final report (e.g. : Reach, RoHs, Conflict Mineral, PFAS, TSCA, HalogenFree, RSL, BFR /PVC free, ….reporting)
• Manages communication in the organization between customer contact and supplier contact for regulatory compliance information related to materials in BOMs
• Verifies if content of the received declarations from suppliers are relevant/sufficient for the regulatory requirements
• Works with different databases for material compliance data collection (SiliconExpert, BOM Check …), ERP (SAP), manufacturer sites/database (Texas Instruments, ST, Molex, …)
• Works with multiple BOMs and data categories for final report compilation
• Verifies regulatory obligations of the organization versus customer requirements
• Identify and analyze the requirements for the new requests related to the new regulatory/directives from different world areas.

Your profile:

• Knowledge of compliance regulations (Reach, RoHs, Conflict Minerals, TSCA, …) and how they are applicable for products
• Good communication skills, English is mandatory (written) (German/Italian/French is an advantage).
• Electrical engineering or other related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 3 years of relevant experience in this filed is an advantage.
• Experienced computer user, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …), SAP is an advantage.
• Well organized, creative, enterprising, and problem solving.
• Result and details oriented.
• Enthusiastic and persistent personality.
• Independent but not individual.
