Do you want to be part of great team and winning culture? The Geneva Credit Platform Services is part of Private Banking Operations. The team works closely with the multiple stakeholders such as Lending Solutions, Underwriting, Security Based Lending Team and Credit Risk Executives. 


Job Summary:


As a Credit Platform Services Associate you will contribute to the  setup and monitoring of covenants and other client specific conditions, ensuring  the timely escalation of  breaches. You will help implement internal credit procedures and policies, perform regular, ad-hoc and regulatory reporting tasks, keeping first class client service in mind. 


Job Responsibilities: 



  • Review of Credit Facility Agreements to identify covenants

  • Setup and monitoring of covenant compliance and other client specific conditions

  • Escalation to relevant parties of covenant breaches

  • Creation of customized offline credit monitoring for non-standard deals

  • Ensure controls and procedures are solid and properly followed

  • Build and maintain partnership with our peers and stakeholders

  • Produce regular, ad-hoc and regulatory reporting from Credit perspective including creation of decks for Senior Management committees

  • Capable of delivering practical data insights in a compelling manner actionable by Senior Management

  • Be a subject matter expert in the analytics and reporting discipline across Credit with proven ability to perform in-depth analysis by mining data from various data sources

  • Process Improvement and automation

  • Participate in projects / initiatives as required


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:



  • 3 + years of relevant experience 

  • Languages:  full working proficiency in English 

  • General understanding of the private banking business and credit products

  • Aptitude and interest to work with data, to digest large amounts of information and use it to develop innovative solutions

  • Ability to prioritize, take initiative and meet tight deadlines 

  • Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate efficiently also in a virtual team environment

  • Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:



  • Advanced skills in Excel and Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik or Python 

  • Proactive, responsive team player who can thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
