How you can make an impact


  • Lead agile development processes, coordinating with involved parties to drive progress and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Define and supervise software development tasks, offer guidance, and collaborate with the Product Owner on prioritization and backlog management.
  • Manage resource allocation for projects, engage in proposal development, and develop system descriptions.
  • Mentor team members, assist in shaping software processes, and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Create and review documentation and participate in on-site testing as required. 

How you will contribute


  • Master's degree in software engineering, robotics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in overseeing product development, particularly in sensor systems.
  • Previous experience in the rail or related sectors would be beneficial.
  • Must possess resilience, flexibility, and strong communication skills, along with a blend of social and technical competencies.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and other languages would be considered an asset.
