Key Accounts Supply Specialist

We are looking for a Key Account Supply Specialist who is customer-focused and able to work closely with one of our key customers. As a member of our Product Line Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all orders for your assigned customer.

YOUR CHALLENGES

  • Communicate customer inventory needs and requirements to supply chain partners
  • Define and optimize the supply chain strategy for the dedicated key account across all Product Lines
  • Facilitate inventory planning and deployment (e.g. maintain Consignments)
  • Direct and single point of contact towards sales manager and customer on order related topics. Orchestrates all the orders of your customer and its sub-tiers with all Product Lines.
  • Create and maintain a KPI report (OTDc, OTDr, Lead Time, Inventory Level etc.) for your customer on a monthly base including communication towards stakeholder and tracking actions.
  • Actively manage customer in-stock and on-shelf-availability of inventory § Discuss and resolve product and component shortages with customer
  • Work on global NPI launch requirements (quantity and timing) but not executing them (within PLSCM team)
  • Participate in all necessary internal and external daily and weekly meetings
  • Coordinate regular capacity assessments along the value chain to ensure fulfillment of mid- to long term customer demand plans
  • Form value added partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations etc.
  • Plan and maintain active the customer portfolio to enhance our customer satisfaction
  • Integrate and cooperate your key account needs along the Key Account team and PLSCM

YOUR COMPENTENCIES

  • Technical education or practical work experience in administration or Supply Chain
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar discipline an advantage
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in supply chain management in global organizations preferably in the semiconductor industry or related industries
  • Proven planning, analytical, presentation, and execution skills
  • Experienced in Excel, Google Suite and Tableau skills; ERP experience [Oracle or SAP, MS Dynamics]
  • Customer, market, channel knowledge and experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work while keeping outstanding attention to detail
  • Analytical skills including data evaluation, identification, solution development and implementation
  • Influencing and collaborative skills across various levels in the organization.
  • You will need an end to end understanding of how our valve business works and be able to communicate using operations and supply chain terminology around factory, supply chain and sales operations. § Service mindset and good communications skills and judgement
  • Willingness to travel (10%)
