Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Culture

• Design and implement a DEI concept focused on inclusion, aligned with Belimo's strategic goals
• Serve as the primary contact for DEI topics, driving meaningful change and fostering open dialogue
• Monitor and report on the impact of DEI and culture measures, ensuring continuous improvement
• Develop and strengthen Belimo's Corporate Culture through innovative initiatives
• Collaborate with the CEO to design and execute culture initiatives that resonate with employees
• Lead existing culture initiatives like value workshops and "Leading with Values" programs

• College degree in HR or Business Administration, with further education in HR or social studies
• Extensive experience in an international setting, preferably in an industrial context
• Demonstrated expertise and passionate commitment in leading DEI and culture projects, driving positive change
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute complex initiatives effectively
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering collaboration
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German, additional languages are advantageous
