We are looking for a highly proactive team player with independent and precise work manner and strong communication skills to join our AIM team and support our AIM AIS services. In this position, your primary duties will involve identifying updates within aeronautical documents, including AIRACs, Supplements, Amendments, AICs, NOTAMs, and other related publications.

  • Analysis of global Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP) and associated documents including Supplements (SUPs), Aeronautical Information Circulars (AICs), Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs), along with documents and publications from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
  • Process navigational data for our Data Production
  • Handle queries raised by internal and external clients
  • Provide support to other internal departments
  • Engage in company's internal projects
  • Identify and communicate problems and highlight potential production risks in a timely manner.

You will analyze how these changes affect the Lido/RouteManual and Lido/AMDB products and ensure that pertinent modifications are distributed as work orders to the Data Production team for implementation.

  • A background in education and professional experience in the field of aviation, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
  • Demonstrated navigational experience (e.g. flight dispatcher, pilot, air traffic controller)
  • Profound understanding of Aeronautical Information Publications and additional aviation-related resources, as outlined in ICAO Annex 15.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and communication skills
  • Meticulous and independent approach to work
  • Capable of performing effectively under tight deadlines and versatile enough to adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Readiness to put in additional hours to ensure deadlines are met
  • Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking; knowledge of German or any other ICAO-recognized language is an advantage
