We are looking for a professional with previous Amadeus Altea experience.

  • Support and work actively within the 2nd level NDC application support (NDC incident management) for Altea related support cases
  • Regular cooperation with LHG NDC technology provider and all other relevant LHG units
  • Professional creation and maintenance of documentation and systems

  • Intermediate or expert know-how with Amadeus (generally) is a must
  • Min. 1+ year of experience working on Amadeus Altea (RES/CM)
  • High-level problem solving skills and customer orientation
  • Good technical communication skills, assertive attitude
  • Very good spoken and written English skills, German would be advantageous
