About the team: Join our dynamic team and become an integral part of our Visibility Team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful placement of our new products and communication materials in point of sales. As a valued team member, you'll have the opportunity to manage your own projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve impactful results. Who we’re looking for: • Available from mid-July to February • Currently studying for Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or related fields • Strong communication skills • Understanding of project management fundamentals • Energy & drive to execute • Caring mentality & collaborative approach • Consumer-centric mindset • Fluent in English, German and French a strong advantage Roles & Objectives • Support the team leader in coordinating the needs of our internal stakeholders, in order to establish an action plan for the various implementations in the market. • Support the team leader in the preparation of assignments, including the development of briefings and preparation of materials, ensuring proper understanding and excellent execution of third parties. • Support the team leader in ensuring that the work performed by the third parties is in line with our expectations and in the case of non-compliance prepare an action plan. • Provide logistical support to ensure that materials are sent to the agency or merchandisers on time.
