Working within the IT Management Support and Controlling team – under the wider Enterprise Management function - this role supports project leaders in the successful execution of projects and simultaneously ensures that the quality of their inputs in alignment with internal policies.

The role holder will monitor and support the project and resource stakeholders in their planning activities, resource management and financial controlling responsibilities (including month end accruals and time reporting).

• Resource management
  • Support for project managers in planning, monitoring, tracking their resources and respective quality assurance
  • Supports resource managers in planning and organizing their resources and respective quality assurance
  • Support for all users of the project and resource planning application

• Project financials
  • Support for project managers in planning, monitoring, tracking and understanding the project financials and respective quality assurance
  • Manage the monthly process of project accruals, supporting and challenging PL inputs to ensure correct accruals

• As part of the above tasks
  • Organize and conduct trainings for project and resource managers regarding resource management and accruals
  • Direct link between the Project Management Office and all project managers
  • Direct link between the Project Management Office and all resource managers

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an IT project manager that would like to move from conducting projects him-/herself into a role of supporting and challenging other project managers with regards to resource management and financials.

• Min. 5 years of experience as IT project manager
• Knowledge of planning, organizing and implementing projects
• Good communication skills (English/German)
• Good stakeholder management skills (networking)
• Experience of IT and Finance environments
• Good skills in MS Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Presentation and organization skills
