Main Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible to analyse and support MDR Variant Supply Execution across TECA / Spine / Sports platforms, partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition between variants. Main responsibilities include:

  • Support the Eligibility Operations Team by analyzing data quality at the intersection of the regulatory and supply chain systems.
  • Analyse data from multiple sources effectively track project performance versus plan and to identify risks.
  • Support service issues during MDR Variant transition and drive to resolution.
  • Establish proactive measures to identify relevant misconfigurations, mitigating potential supply disruptions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analytics to drive day-to-day business efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with Regional Planning, Supply Network Planning, Demand Requirements Planning and Regulatory Affairs to ensure MDR Variant supply execution.
  • Support with the weekly/monthly cross functional team stand-up meetings, convey relevant information to broader teams and take lead to ensure timely resolution on actions assigned.
  • Work closely with the Global/Regional Regulatory Affairs teams to avoid service risks associated with the MDR transition.
  • Know and follow all policies, maintain the highest level of integrity, ethics, and compliance at all times.
  • Support other duties and projects assigned as needed.

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a regulated environment, with a focus on Supply Planning / Demand Planning.
  • SAP or similar ERP experience, experience with Planning systems and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in Alteryx and Power BI or similar is an advantage.
  • Strong problem solving and analytics skills; experience with LEAN and continuous improvement processes.
  • Customer and performance orientation.
  • Project management experience and stakeholder influencing capability, strong communication skills to influence external and internal stakeholders in an effort to gain alignment and mitigate program risks/challenges.
  • Big picture orientation with attention to detail.
  • Able to review and analyse large quantities of data, to identify abnormalities, capable of working with a high degree of accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • Results driven, understands complex business processes and systems relations/dependencies.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks and demonstrate flexibility in a changing business environment.
  • Models a positive, can-do attitude and is cooperative both within their function and companywide.Ability to prioritize tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills in English.
  • German is an advantage.

This job based in Zuchwil (Solothurn), Switzerland will initially be limited to december 2025 with the option to extend.
