For the tenant representation, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic

Junior Consultant (f/m/d) to join our team in Geneva.

Role and responsibility

As a Junior Consultant, you will take on the following tasks in close cooperation with our experienced tenant representation team:

• Support with tenant representation mandates such as location searches, lease extensions, stay vs go analyses (office and logistics space).

• Independent management of smaller tenant representation mandates

• Support for cost and object comparisons

• Creation of long lists

• Organization of sightseeing tours

• Obtaining initial offers

• Participation in the preparation of Tenant Representation offers and pitch presentations for the acquisition of new mandates.

• Participation in the creation of negotiation strategies and negotiation with prospective owners / landlord representative

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in real estate or economics

• Professional experience in the field of commercial real estate is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills

• Structured and organized way of working

• High quality awareness

• Good knowledge of French and English in spoken and written, knowledge of German is advantageous

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
