The position

We are seeking a highly motivated treasury professional to enhance our Financing & Markets team.

At the heart of our mission is the analysis of global economic and financial market trends, enabling you to craft strategies to safeguard solvency across the Group, optimize our debt (ALM), manage foreign currency positions and generally mitigate financial risks. With a global scope covering over 250 Roche affiliates in 100+ countries, this role is your gateway to making a profound impact on our financial success and purpose.

Responsibilities:

The Treasury Managers in our Front-Office share responsibility for managing:

• Roche’s centralized liquidity, foreign exchange and interest rate risks

• its long-term financing on capital markets

• the financing and capital structures of Roche’s affiliates globally

• our relationships with core banks and rating agencies

and provide advisory to our business functions on financial market related topics.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance or related field

• Additional education (e.g. CFA, AZEK) is a plus

• Experience of minimum 5 years in Treasury with a multinational company or financial institution, ideally in cash management, FX hedging and/or financing

• Analytical thinking and modeling skills, comfortable in taking decisions and being accountable, digital savvy, proactive mindset

• Passionate about financial markets and innovation in Treasury
