On’s Senior Lead Commercial GCC will be instrumental in elevating our brand through compelling experiences. Your Mission

  • Develop and execute an integrated omni-channel strategy tailored for the GCC market in collaboration with our local distributor to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all channels.
  • Drive synergy between online and offline channels to enhance the overall -customer experience.
  • Build strong partnerships with distributors to align commercial strategies with On's brand objectives.
  • Oversee retail operations and ensure the implementation of standardized processes across distributor-operated stores.
  • Optimize in-store merchandising and layout for a cohesive brand presentation.
  • Drive the growth of On's e-commerce presence in the GCC, working with distributors to enhance online platforms. Implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, both online and in-store. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product deliveries. Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional activities are aligned with omni-channel strategies.Implement marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales across all channels.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
