In short

You will make sure we are on top of our game in terms of existing and upcoming regulations on ESG space. You will provide the info to the key stakeholders at ON about what needs to happen in their functions to be compliant but also go above and beyond. While you are project managing it, you will also be a key person to plan and conduct training sessions to educate the business consistently.

Your Mission

• Keeping abreast of the current and developing legal and regulatory ESG landscape to ensure the company’s compliance with global requirements

• Ensuring that all ESG regulatory requirements are met by monitoring all operational aspects of the business and advising on corrective action when necessary

• Working very closely with Product operations team to build up a taskforce that ensures internal teams understand the what and why for each ESG regulatory requirement

• Working with the responsible manufacturing and legal teams to write policies and procedures related to ESG specific compliance activities and ensure that these requirements are met

• Making sure data/reporting teams are aware of the data requirements linked to regulations and support them to build the related systems and processes necessary to comply

• Planning and conducting training sessions to educate key stakeholders and employees about legal requirements and company policies

• Participating in compliance improvement projects to ensure the consistent development and implementation of interdepartmental and cross-functional team projects

• Applying risk-focused planning for team initiatives, investigations and continuous improvement plans

• Partnering and collaborating across the business to establish and follow up on mitigation plans and outlines business cases for projects resulting from the risk assessments
