We are looking for a Packaging and Artwork Implementation Specialist to join our team in Zurich or St. Gallen on a permanent basis.

You will ensure timely availability of Artworks and specifications, to avoid stock outs and prepare timely submission and that data across multiple sources are aligned and of very high quality. You will report directly to the Head of Supply Operations API, Trade Products & Services.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor, process and control artwork changes

• Provide support to artwork and packaging related requests

• Coordinate artwork implementation according to Production planning

• Maintaining relevant tracking and planning systems

Your Tasks

• Coordinate the end-to-end process of artworks and specifications as an interface between all stakeholders

• Ensure timely preparation and implementation of artworks

• Maintain and create specifications

• Identify optimization potential of packaging material changes

• Support process improvement initiatives to reduce lead time of implementation of new and updated artworks (automation, system implementation projects)

• Contribute to the departmental and cross-functional projects and meetings

• Maintain supply and coordination lists to assure in due time implementation of changes and compliant destruction of material

• Identify external labelling-related changes resulting from evolving regulatory requirements

• Conduct internal training and awareness course on artwork and packaging-related issue

• Provide technical support and propose solutions

• Ensure artwork changes comply with internal processes and international guidelines whereas applicable

• Lead artwork product development for launch projects (submission artworks) and lifecycle management of existing commercial labeling components (production artworks)

• Ensure good communication with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Regulatory, external partners where applicable, Planning, External Providers) to progress on time delivery of artwork changes

• Support root cause analysis investigations to resolve issues and improve the artwork process

• Ensure access to relevant information in SAP (GTIN and Technical Codes, bill of material, revision levels, change number) which are relevant for artwork creation

Your Profile

• Some experience (1-3 years) working in the pharmaceutical industry, in regulatory labelling affairs or related fields (e.g. supply chain, packaging and labelling).

• Excellent command of German and English – both spoken and written.

• Expertise in the use of basic IT (MS Office) systems and tools.

• Basic knowledge of labelling and packaging related processes

• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging implementation
